We inform you that the data provided in this form will be processed by the Responsible in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy for candidates in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing and free movement of personal data, (hereinafter RGPD).

2. What kind of personal information do we collect?

In Mr. Ángel Maria Doblado Rom we treat the personal data you send us through the form provided to register for selection processes, as well as to be part of potential candidatures for future processes.

The personal data that we will request are: identification data (name, ID, email address, postal address, telephone number, etc.), personal data (date of birth, sex, etc.), academic data (training, qualifications, test results, etc.) professional and employment data (work history, references, etc.) and contracting documentation in case your candidacy is finally considered to be the one selected.

Mr Ángel Maria Doblado Rom does not request specially protected personal data, so we ask you, please, not to send this type of information. In the case of providing this type of information, it is understood that you accept your own responsibility for the possible risks to your privacy without being able to claim for this to Mr Ángel Maria Doblado Rom.

3. For what purpose and legitimacy do we process your personal data?

In general, the personal data will be processed to manage, develop and track your candidacy to work with us.

Registration on the platform for this purpose and management of the applications of the interested party in selection processes present or that could be given in the future by Mr. Ángel Maria Doblado Rom. Analysis and review of the professional profile by the employees in charge of the selection of personnel in D. Ángel Maria Doblado Rom and, if applicable, by those responsible for the area in which the vacancy to be filled is integrated. In the event that those responsible are outside the territory of the European Union, this may mean international transfers.

If, at the end of the selection process, you are the selected person, and you accept the offer, reception, management and conservation of the documentation necessary to register your profile in our systems to proceed to draw up the corresponding contract, as well as send you the documentation related to the welcome process.

4. How long will we keep your personal data?

The period of conservation of your personal data will be a maximum of two years for all that information related to the management, development, and monitoring of the candidacy. If we consider that the data may be obsolete, the documentation's excerpt will be for a shorter period.

5. To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

Mr. Ángel Maria Doblado Rom may carry data communications with the following entities:

  • Other companies in the group.
  • Suppliers and collaborators of technological services.
  • Suppliers and collaborators of recruitment services.

Our suppliers are entities located within the EU territory so they guarantee compliance with the RGPD and have signed with them the contract of data processors that guarantees their correct regulatory adequacy. However, in specific cases, some of our suppliers may be outside the EU and, as a result, international data transfers may take place. In these cases, Mr Ángel Maria Doblado Rom will ensure that the Type Contractual Clauses adapted by the European Commission are used as a guarantee for those transfers made to countries that do not have an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

In any case, the suppliers with whom certain personal data are shared will have previously accredited the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational measures for the correct protection of them. With the acceptance of this Privacy Policy, it is accepted that an international transfer of data may occur in accordance with the guarantees indicated.

In the event that the requirements provided for in Article 46 GDPR are not met, the interested party may consent to the international transfer or execute a contract in the interest of the interested party. Otherwise, an authorization must be requested from the Control Authority.

We also inform you that some services provided by Mr Ángel Maria Doblado Rom may involve the transfer of personal data to a third country not belonging to the EU, in 'cloud' services offered by some of the main international suppliers (for example: Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Apple). The aforementioned compliance will also be confirmed in these services.

Finally, we inform you that the data may be transferred or required by public administrations and bodies when required by applicable regulations.

6. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

In Mr. Ángel Maria Doblado Rom we undertake to respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to guarantee the inherent rights both to them and to the treatments we carry out. For this reason, we offer you two ways to request the exercise of your rights by indicating in the subject “DATA PROTECTION”:

If we consider it necessary, we may request a copy of a document accrediting your identity or that of the person you represent.

The rights you may exercise, regardless of the purpose or legitimizing basis, are:

  • Ask us for access to the data we have of you.
  • Ask us to rectify the data we already have, but it is wrong or inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete those data that are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were requested.
  • Ask us to limit the processing of your data.
  • To revoke the consent you have previously given us for the processing of your data.
  • To object to the processing of your data based on legitimate interest, especially in the field of marketing.
  • Request the portability of the data (this right is only possible to exercise it when the legitimacy is the consent or the execution of a contract).

Mr Ángel Maria Doblado Rom must respond to the request submitted within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by another two months if necessary, considering the complexity and number of applications. We will inform you of any extension within one month of receipt of the request indicating the reasons for the delay.

Likewise, interested parties have the right to claim before the competent Control Authority (Spanish Data Protection Agency) when they consider that Mr. Ángel Maria Doblado Rom has violated the rights that the data protection regulations recognize them at www.aepd.es.
